Booking Terms and Conditions

HOUSE RULES & PROPERTY POLICY:

  • Children over 12 years old are welcome
  • No pets are allowed on the property
  • Please respect other guests at all times, especially regarding noise and visitors
  • No parties or loud music

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS:

  • A deposit is required to be paid at time of booking (For any Non-Refundable booking, full payment is required at the time of booking)
  • Deposits can be paid by credit card (Visa/Mastercard only) or by international transfer
  • Booking confirmation will be made upon receipt of payment
  • The balance is required to be paid 45 days before arrival

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 

  • 45 days prior to arrival or more, no fee applies
  • 15 to 44 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount owing will be charged
  • 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount owing will be charged
  • 6 days prior to arrival or No Show = 100% non-refundable
  • Cancellation will be confirmed by return communication

Crystal Blue Lagoon Villas – Terms of Stay

1. Use of Facilities

Guests use all facilities entirely at their own risk. This includes the swimming pool,

spa/jacuzzi, walkways, stairs, balconies, decks, rocks, and other natural features throughout

the property.

2. Food & Beverage Notice

While every effort is made to prepare meals and refreshments with care, Crystal Blue Lagoon

Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any sensitivities, intolerances, or illnesses that may arise

from food or beverage consumption.

3. Health, Safety & Pool/Jacuzzi Use

Please take care when moving around the property, particularly in wet or low-light

conditions.

The swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi are unsupervised and used entirely at guests’ own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially near water features, balconies, and

elevated areas.

4. Kayaks & Lagoon Activities

Crystal Blue Lagoon Villas provides kayaks for guest enjoyment. Use of these is entirely at

your own risk.

Guests are responsible for assessing weather conditions, tides, and their own swimming

ability before entering the lagoon. Life jackets are available and strongly recommended.

Crystal Blue Lagoon Ltd is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use of kayaks

or any lagoon-based activities.

5. Transport & Transfers

Where Crystal Blue Lagoon Ltd arranges or recommends transport services, these may be

operated by third-party providers.

While care is taken to select reputable partners, Crystal Blue Lagoon Ltd is not responsible

for any injury, loss, delay, or inconvenience during transport to or from the property.

Guests participate in transfers at their own risk.

6. Third-Party Recommendations

We may assist with bookings for tours, restaurants, or other activities operated by

independent providers.

While we aim to recommend trusted services, Crystal Blue Lagoon Ltd cannot be held

responsible for the performance, conduct, or safety standards of third parties.

Participation is at guests’ own discretion and risk.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All bookings, stays, and activities are governed by the laws of the Cook Islands.

Any dispute or claim arising from your visit shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cook Islands Courts.
